DELIVERY TIME:

Orders are shipped by UPS ground and are shipped by the next day if received by 12:00 noon PST. For additional charge you my rush an order by using UPS NEXT DAY, 2 DAY, or 3 DAY.

SHIPPING:

We do not allow returns or exchanges except in cases of damage caused in shipping or if we have made and error.

There is no charge to active accounts for 1 catalogue set. Additional catalogues ARE $20.00 each. Active accounts will automatically receive new catalogue supplements.
